Timeline: 4 - 12 Weeks

Since every semi-precious stone is unique, we must perform internal quality control on our items. Not every stone makes the cut, pun intended! Our promise to you, is that you will love your preorder item, or we will offer a full refund or exchange.

 

Returns and Exchanges:

All preorder items are eligible for full refund or exchange within 10 business days of proof of delivery. So, rest assured, if you are not in love with your item when it arrives, you have the same guarantee as all our other products.
